291. Random thoughts

He called me blocked from his best friend’s phone all night and all morning...yes I answered. According to him, he was in the car heading towards me when the fight erupted last night..and he turned around.
Do I Miss him already, yes...but it has been agreed to simply stay away from each other.
Here's the rundown of every lesson this situation has taught me :

1. Any relationship built on a lie is bound to fall. No matter how long it has been standing...the cracks in the foundation will eventually give.

2. Regaining trust is next to impossible once it's been lost. It is your responsibility to maintain integrity in your relationship...once it's gone. It's gone.

3. No one person is worth your health or piece of mind. When you notice that a situation is becoming detrimental to your own health, the first law of self preservation should kick it. It's you or them, the sane answer would be to pick you.

4. Changing who you are will not change the inevitable nor can you change a person who doesn't want to change. Pretty self explanatory.

5. Going tit for tat only adds fuel to the fire. In the end everyone gets burned.

Currently at work. Couldn’t eat last night and didn’t have much of an appetite this morning. Mom kind of noticed the changes in my behavior lately, told her I was fine (clearly a lie). My motivation, it only gets better. It can ONLY get better from here and no amounts of alcohol or casual dating can heal what only time was meant to. So lovies this is my promise to you and myself. I’ll be taking this break up as an opportunity to refocus “me”.
Wish me luck…I feel a huge shopping binge coming on.

288. So i'm at work and...

I can't stop thinking about yesterday. I felt intense pressure on my chest and nausea for a good five hours or so. Safe to say it's time to get tested for congested heart failure (runs in my family along with the fear of hospitals). I’m so scared to find out what’s wrong with me =[. Sucking it up, making an appointment.

Lady Gaga says she's channeling late Alexander McQueen

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Lady Gaga says she did not write her latest hit song, "Born This Way," but rather the late British fashion designer Alexander McQueen did so when he channeled it through her from beyond the grave.

Gaga told Harper's Bazaar magazine that McQueen, who committed suicide by hanging on February 11, 2010, "planned the whole thing: Right after he died, I wrote 'Born This Way.' I think he's up in heaven with fashion strings in his hands, marionetting away, planning this whole thing.'"

When the singer's label decided to release the "Born This Way" single on the exact one-year anniversary of McQueen's death, Gaga said it confirmed her belief that the British designer was working through her.

It was not she who wrote the song, Gaga said. "He did!", she told the magazine in an interview for its May edition.

McQueen, 40, and Gaga were close friends. The singer wore his iconic lobster-claw shoes in her "Bad Romance" music video and paid emotional tribute to him in a performance at the Brit Awards in London a week after his death.

In a fashion spread for the magazine, Gaga sports her new trademark "facial horns" -- spikes on her face that appear to be protruding from beneath her skin.



The bizarre bumps, also on her shoulders, have been part of a new look ever since she debuted the "Born This Way" single at the Grammy Awards in February, leading to speculation that Gaga either had plastic surgery or is wearing prosthetics.

"I have never had plastic surgery," Gaga said. She said the protrusions are "not prosthetics, they're my bones."

The singer insisted the bones have always been inside her, adding: "I have been waiting for the right time to reveal to the universe who I truly am."

Gaga, known for stunts like setting her piano on fire and wearing a raw meat dress, went on to say that the bones "come out when I'm inspired" and that everyone has them because they are "the light from inside of us."

I have sketched clothing my whole life but I haven't pieced anything worth selling, at least in my opinion. Now Accessories, I could sketch ALL DAY. Bags, belts, shoes, and umbrellas, oh my lol. Hmmmm…If I could just find an investor =/

The move and school: The goal is to be out of town by August! That means saving $200 out of my check each period (about 3 stacks towards moving expenses). I also need to look into schools within the Metro-Atlanta area (CAU is clearly out of the question, this princess can’t afford $30,000 a year on her own. Daddy cut me off and Mommy won’t sign for loans =/)…hmm maybe Georgia State? I’ll be bidding on a condo soon off of Peachtree so wish me luck kids!

Ok, I might want to stop blogging at work. Horrible habit I picked up from my last Firm =/

284. Jesse J. hmmmm....

My very favorite UK Artist has FINALLY crossed over onto US soil...my question would be who signed off on this new Goth look? WAY TOO MUCH makeup! All of the sudden Jesse has gone from overwhelmingly talented fresh faced young lady to a slightly hard to watch drag queen with a still very captivating voice. It's strong enough to hold its own but the extra facial expressions (106 & Park clip) and bold choices in Make up over shadow her talent at times.

281. Dear Natural Hair Club, may I please have my membership card back?

I recently (about two months ago) tossed my natural waves to the wind in exchange for a cute relaxed pixie... To say I regret the decision would be an understatement. Two years with no "humidity frizz" or chemical burns and I still gave into the pressure.
Ladies and gents, after my vacation (Already paid too much for this Kim Dash hair lol) I plan to go completely Chrisette Michelle. I am removing the weave and relaxer in one clean sweep. I might even dye it a light brown color.
I have missed waking up with no hassle.
Hated wrapping my hair at night...and my scalp was never this itchy without chemical relaxers (They are designed to take the moisture out of your hair- yea that flow we love kills our follicles). For those of you reading with NO CLUE what I'm referring to, check out these videos:

As I've said time and time again, Ri Ri doesn't have the strongest vocals...but her performance skills cover her ASSets. This duet not only fell flat on vocals...but the performance lacked serious harmony. What happened? It looks like Jennifer told Rihanna that her best friend was shot right before she went on stage.
